In recent years, in the high-risk companies and occupations, there has been a significant increase in the use of technological safety devices, which mainly shows the contribution of the human factor with regard to incidents.

Thanks to the experience in the shipping and airline industry, we offer solutions for the assessment of “human factors” which can be a safety hazard, increasing the risk of incidents and “near misses”.

Created and validated assessment for the selection and assessment projects of airline and military pilots, focused on neuropsychological aspects – fundamental for the air safety – by means of a battery of tools.

The test battery SAAIR has been created and validated to distinguish between safe, efficient performances and less appropriate performances. The examined skills relate to four main cognitive areas: attention skills, stress tolerance, sensory-motor skills and cognitive processing ability.

NAVY OFFICERS

Assessment designed specifically for any role, rank and sector (cadets, deck officers and engineer officers), aimed at examining the features needed to exercise the profession, through the use of tests, interviews and tools specifically created and validated.

The examined features relate to four main areas: attention and perception skill, stress tolerance, logical reasoning.
