What is Flora?

Flora analyses some personal features (“traits”) that are particularly relevant in taking specific professional roles. This method is based on the BIG 5 theory, one of the most known and used worldwide, and is especially recommended as a cognitive tool to be applied in situations of selection, internal orientation and evaluation of the potential of specific organisational roles.

  • The questionnaire examines 24 dimensions which characterise 5 macro-areas.
  • It is composed of 142 items, which have to answer using a 7-level scale (completely false to me, quite false, more false than true, neither false or true, more true than false, quite true, completely true to me). The tool also features a Lie scale with 7 items.
  • The modular and combinable tool structure is able to evaluate the personal features which are more consistent with the professional profile to be selected.
