WHAT IS 360° FEEDBACK?

360° feedback is an assessment system where the person receives a feedback, from different stakeholders of the organization, about the expressed behaviours on the job.

  • The feedback is focuses on observable behaviours related to the considered competencies.
  • The online system allows to set the thresholds for the definition of strong or improvable behaviours.
